Preschool has been providing childcare at the Memorial Hall for 40 years. We offer a safe, happy and stimulating
environment for children from the age of 2 years. Free government eligible placements are
available for 3 and 4year olds. Sessions
available Monday -9am-11.30am;
Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday - morning and afternoon sessions, include lunch
club; Thursday - morning and lunch club sessions. Please contact us for details or pop in. A Toddler Group is held in the large hall on
Wednesday mornings 9.30-11.30, term time for babies to preschoolers

We offer a free collection and delivery of
prescriptions. We collect from any
surgery in the Carnforth, Morecambe and Lancaster
areas. We also order medication on the
patients’ behalf so all it takes is one phone call to us and we will have your
prescription available to collect at the pharmacy or delivered if
required. Other services include medicines
use review, over the counter advice, care home medicines supply, emergency
hormonal contraception, medication trays, and blood pressure checks.

items, freshly prepared hot and cold sandwiches, homemade cakes and soups a
selection of Freshly made Coffee and cold drinks, sweets crisps and
fruit. We also offer a delivery service for orders over ten pounds (£10)
within the local community if placed before 10.30am.
We offer an eat-in cafe area and outside seating.

The parish plan contained an aspiration to have a
directory of village businesses to promote economic activity locally. Such a
directory will be created and placed on the village web site. This listing will
initially be free of charge. Being listed in the directory would carry no
endorsement by the parish council but merely be a list of

and businesses that are located within the Parish boundary.
